Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to ensure the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Contact Center. The Tester will be responsible for validating functionality, performance, integration, and user experience across all aspects of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel capabilities, including voice, chat, and routing features. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing enterprise CRM solutions, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem, and a strong understanding of contact center workflows.
Essential Skills
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and stakeholder engagement to deployment and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-level CRM contact center implementations, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
