Role Profile
We are looking for a Low-Latency Execution Integrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and deliver projects focused on integrating and optimizing proprietary low-latency trading systems that operate across global markets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with teams across multiple locations, working closely with external vendors, clients, and exchanges to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

- Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy components for high-performance trading.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and exchanges to ensure seamless connectivity and execution.
- Gather and document requirements, conduct workshops, and provide technical solutions.
- Plan and execute projects, including estimating timelines, identifying risks, and implementing contingencies.
- Define deliverables, allocate resources, and manage schedules to meet project goals.
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance to meet low-latency requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in low-latency trading
What you'll bring to the role:
- Strong understanding of low-latency trading systems and protocols.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a flexible team player.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment. Required Skills
- Proficient working in the Linux/Unix environment
- Experience with at least one scripting language e.g. Perl, Python, Shell
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
- Ability to manage work and plan deliverables in a structured manner
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated and an interest to learn.
Desired skills:
- Experience working with electronic trading systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP multicast).
- Knowledge of FIX protocol.
- Basic C++ development skills (read and understand code)
