JOB DESCRIPTION

Apex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant - Copilot Agent Administrator. The Copilot Agent Administrator is responsible for managing, deploying, and maintaining Copilot agents within the organization. This role involves ensuring the secure and efficient operation of Copilot Studio, managing user permissions, and overseeing compliance and security measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Copilot Studio.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Agent Management:
  • Deployment and Assignment: Experience deploying agents to users or groups and managing those agents and the availability of agents.
  • Blocking/Unblocking: Experience restricting or enabling agent access for specific users or the entire organization.
  • Removal: Experience with removing agents from the deployed list when necessary.


Copilot Studio Management:
  • Enabling/Disabling: Experience controlling the availability of Copilot Studio for users to build their own agents.
  • User Permissions: Experience managing who can create and use agents within Copilot Studio.


Compliance and Security:
  • Monitoring Usage: Experience tracking agent usage to identify potential issues and ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Data Security: Experience implementing measures to protect sensitive data accessed by agents.


Licensing and Billing:
  • Managing Licenses: Experience ensuring users have the appropriate licenses to use Copilot and its features.
  • Monitoring Costs: Experience keeping track of usage and associated costs for Copilot Studio and agents.


Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Experience using the admin center for locating and managing agents, including those built with the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
  • Copilot Studio (Power Platform Admin Center): Experience using copilot studio for managing Copilot Studio settings, including licensing and agent authoring permissions.
  • Integrated Apps: Experience managing apps that integrate with Copilot, including agents, within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Copilot in Microsoft 365 Admin Centers: Experience providing natural language interactions, contextual guidance, and proactive suggestions for various admin tasks, including managing Copilot agents.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS 365 Agent Toolkit.


Preferred
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related technologies.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to data security.
