Job Details
Requirements:
-
8 or more years of experience in business systems analysis and data evaluation.
-
Proficiency in raw data analysis and business process mapping technologies.
-
Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies for system modernization.

Experience in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) and healthcare application oversight.

Experience with financial analysis tools for ROI and cost/benefit studies.
-
Experience in project management frameworks and technical requirement documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Lead business process reengineering efforts to align technology with strategic goals.

Execute raw data analysis to drive modernization for integrated Medicaid systems.

Formulate solution options including risk identification and financial ROI assessments.

Serve as the primary liaison between business communities and IT architecture teams.

Provide oversight for documentation and delivery of application enhancements in SAFe.

Coordinate with Medicaid Enterprise Systems vendors on application enhancement initiatives.

Author detailed descriptions of user needs and technical steps for program modification.
