Description:
Job Title: Machine Learning Operations Data Engineer IV
Location: Johnston, RI (Fully Onsite)
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Industry: Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead refactoring of R codebase to Python
- Design and implement scalable MLOps solutions
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models
- Configure and manage MLflow on Databricks
- Implement monitoring systems and alerts for ML models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth ML model integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years in MLOps, data engineering, or software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and R
- Extensive experience with Databricks and MLflow
- Experience with Azure (must-have), AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DVC, Pachyderm
Technical Skills:
- Python, R, Spark SQL, PySpark
- Pandas, scikit-learn, tidyverse, glm, caret
- MLflow, Databricks, Delta Lake
- CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
- Monitoring and alerting systems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with automated testing frameworks for ML models
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
