Role Overview
Fujitsu is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Training Led to lead the planning, development, and execution of enterprise-wide training programs supporting an organization s transition to SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical to ensuring end-user readiness, adoption, and long-term success before, during, and after go-live.
The ideal candidate brings deep SAP knowledge, proven training leadership experience, and the ability to translate complex SAP functionality into role-based, business-focused learning experiences.

Top Required Skills (15+ Years SAP Experience)
- SAP Expertise (S/4HANA Focused)
o Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP, with hands-on S/4HANA experience.
- Training Strategy & Delivery
o Proven ability to design and deliver user-role-specific SAP training programs that drive business value and adoption.
- SAP Fiori UX Mastery
o Experience training users on modern SAP user experiences including SAP Fiori, Personas, and related UX tools.
- Embedded Analytics & Reporting
o Ability to train users on real-time dashboards and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar tools.
- 8+ Projects doing training for SAP S/4HANA
- Candidate is willing to travel (expenses paid) to Houston, TX for the role
- Lead Trainer on Fiori UI
- Lead Trainer on SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Enable Now exposure is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning
- Develop and own the end-to-end training strategy for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Define training scope, approach, timelines, and delivery methods aligned with project milestones.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resource planning.
Training Content Development
- Create comprehensive training materials, including:
o User guides and job aids
o Instructor-led training decks
o Virtual and self-paced e-learning modules
- Tailor content to multiple user roles, business functions, and skill levels.
Training Delivery
- Deliver SAP S/4HANA training through:
o Instructor-led classroom sessions
o Virtual training sessions
o Self-paced e-learning platforms
- Ensure training is practical, role-focused, and aligned to real business scenarios.
Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Track training execution against the project plan.
- Collect user feedback and measure training effectiveness.
- Report training metrics, risks, and readiness status to leadership and project stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:
o Project Managers
o SAP Functional and Technical Leads
o Change Management teams
- Ensure training aligns with broader transformation and adoption goals.
Post Go-Live Support
- Provide hands-on support to end users during and after go-live.
- Assist with troubleshooting, re sessions, and adoption reinforcement.
