Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager (AWS Expert)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead and manage complex technical projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, defining project requirements, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• AWS Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture to guide project decisions and implementations.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a technical environment, with at least 3-5 years of experience managing AWS-based projects.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred; AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical acumen in AWS services and solutions.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 - $ 1 71,321 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
