Requirements:
- 4 or more years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- 2 years experience working as a Lead.
- Experience with state government projects or Department for Children and Families
- Proven expertise in analyzing and documenting technical and business requirements for systems integrations.
- Strong understanding of modern IT systems, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience collaborating across agencies, departments, and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid IT methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to facilitate sessions and produce organized documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Business Analyst for enterprise integration projects.
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies, IT teams, and third-party vendors to capture and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct requirements elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative sessions.
- Analyze current systems, workflows, and data flows to identify automation and modernization opportunities.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee interface/integration management and reporting requirements for HS-EBIT.
- Support solution design reviews, technical documentation, data models, and reporting efforts (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Partner with QA/Test teams to design test cases, coordinate UAT, and validate solutions.
- Manage requirements through the SDLC with version control, traceability, and change management.
- Document and update business processes, policies, and procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions.
