Position: Blockchain & Web3 Engineer – AI Trainer
Type: Part-time Contract (Remote)
Compensation: Competitive (hourly / per task)
Location: Remote

Requirements: (Training support will be provided)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 engineering
- Strong expertise in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages
- Experience building and maintaining decentralized applications (dApps)
- Solid understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and security principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
- (Preferred) Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to AI training initiatives
- (Preferred) Advanced knowledge of cryptography, DeFi protocols, and decentralized governance
- (Preferred) Contributions to open-source blockchain or Web3 projects
Role Responsibilities:
- Translate real-world blockchain and Web3 engineering workflows into structured AI training scenarios
- Develop, test, and review smart contracts and decentralized application architectures for AI training use cases
- Provide expert feedback to train AI models on blockchain engineering best practices
- Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to integrate blockchain knowledge into AI systems
- Document blockchain development processes, patterns, and architectural decisions for AI learning
- Review and validate AI-generated blockchain code and technical outputs for accuracy and security
- Contribute insights on scalable, secure, and efficient Web3 system design
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback to continuously improve AI model performance
