Title : ServiceNow ITSM & FSO Developer

Location : Stamford, CT (Onsite)

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.) : 6+

Detailed Job Description:

  • 6 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong emphasis on ITSM modules and Financial Services Operations.
  • Demonstrable track record of developing end-to-end ITSM solutions including incident, problem, change, and service request management workflows.
  • Expertise in JavaScript and experience executing both server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow (UI policies, client scripts, script includes, business rules).
  • In-depth proficiency with Flow Designer, legacy Workflow modules, REST API development, and scripted REST APIs.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing ServiceNow Workspaces and creating performance analytics dashboards.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong aptitude for collaborative, agile environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead projects from concept through implementation.
