Job Description:
Salesforce Administrator / Developer
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Location: Hybrid onsite in one of the following locations - Cedar Rapids or Des Moines, IA, or Dallas, TX
Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship both now and in the future.
Our financial services client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.
This role is open to a junior- to mid-level Salesforce Administrator with some experience in development. This role will be a chance to grow and learn as a Salesforce Developer while performing administration duties.
This role will see you doing ongoing enhancements and support of a fully live Salesforce environment.
Environment: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Exprience Cloud, and the client is considering Revenue Cloud
Tech Stack: Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and SOAP and REST APIs

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration of Salesforce including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and potentially Revenue Cloud.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Participate in release management and deployment activities.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Aura, LWC, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (SOAP and REST).
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
