Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in desktop support, a strong understanding of hardware setup, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical assistance to end users.

3 5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.

Familiarity with common hardware and software troubleshooting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer service mindset with attention to detail.

Experience maintaining asset logs and handling hardware lifecycle management is a plus.
