The IBM FileNet Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining document management solutions using IBM FileNet technology hosted on AWS infrastructure. This individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and implement document management applications that meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, document management systems, and IBM FileNet platform. Excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for document management solutions.
• Design and architect document management applications using IBM FileNet technology.
• Develop custom components, workflows, and integrations within the IBM FileNet platform.
• Configure and customize IBM FileNet components to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain document management policies, security controls, and access permissions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM FileNet applications and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and testers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in document management systems and IBM FileNet and AWS.
