As a senior Salesforce Administrator professional with extensive experience across
Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud), this individual
brings a deep understanding of Salesforce platform security. Has a proven track record in
leveraging advanced Salesforce security tools such as Security Center, Optimizer,
Connected Apps., Has experience conducting regular Org Health Checks to maintain
platform integrity and compliance.
Key Skills & Experience:
Salesforce Expertise:
6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Clouds.
Deep understanding of platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
Security-Focused:
Expert in implementing Salesforce security best practices including:
o Working knowledge of Okta and Connected Apps configuration
o Role Hierarchies and Sharing Rules
o Permission Sets and Profiles
o Field-Level and Object-Level Security
o Session Settings, Login IP Ranges, and MFA
o Setup of SSO
o OAuth knowledge (bonus)
o User Accounts Service Accounts
Experienced in setting up:
o Salesforce Security Center for unified visibility and management of
orgs
o Salesforce Optimizer to assess and improve org performance and
security
o Health Check Tool to measure org security posture against Salesforce
baselines
Governance & Compliance:
o Adept at ensuring compliance with internal IT security policies and
external regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
o Supports regular audits and risk assessments.
Collaboration & Communication:
o Highly effective in matrixed team environments, collaborating across
business units, IT, and security teams.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating
technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
o Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects with
global teams.
