Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Tableau

Primary Skill: Business Intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 3 5+ years of experience in data/systems analysis (data mining, profiling, gap analysis)

  • 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server) and dashboard development

  • Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, Snowflake, and MS SQL Server

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses

  • Ability to map data lineage, rebuild dashboards, and work with dimensional data models

  • Exposure to data modeling and data validation concepts

Nice to Have

  • Basic Python, Alteryx

  • Familiarity with Power BI, OBIEE

  • Knowledge of PII, data governance, and cataloging tools (Alation, Collibra)

  • Agile experience using Jira

  • Financial services or non-profit domain exposure
