Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create comprehensive project plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integrate technical project plans with the overall program plan in coordination with the Program Manager.
- Lead technical execution, ensuring development teams meet committed timelines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, providing solutions to unblock teams quickly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of deliverables, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Management
- Identify and prioritize stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4 years in technical project management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and regulatory requirements for medical products.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-site projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development tools.
Preferred:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in medical device development and sustaining engineering.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, quality systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with incremental delivery, metrics-driven project management, and stakeholder reporting.
