Job Details

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of hands-on Tableau development and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in SQL with at least 2 years supporting data visualization.
  • Experience in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with Redshift or similar data warehousing technologies.
  • Experience in data transformation, data mining, and A/B testing for web products.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for data reporting tasks.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills to explain insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize Tableau dashboards to deliver KPIs.
  • Translate business needs into data-driven visual strategies and tools.
  • Manage analytics backlog including root cause analysis.
  • Integrate insights into the product lifecycle to support project justification.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reporting requirements.
  • Support UX and product teams by identifying user behavior patterns.
  • Analyze data from multiple systems to generate actionable insights.
