HCM Recruitment Module Lead – Oracle Cloud HCM

Location: Remote
Rate: $85-$90/hr
Client: IBM / Atlanta Public Schools


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HCM Recruitment Module Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically within Core HR, with a strong preference for Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security experience. This role will serve as a functional lead, supporting selection, implementation, integration, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, hands-on functional knowledge, and the ability to guide stakeholders through best-practice HCM implementations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, primarily Core HR, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

  • Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and packaged solution capabilities.

  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.

  • Support system integrations within the client’s enterprise environment.

  • Provide functional leadership during implementation, testing, and go-live phases.

  • Ensure HCM solutions meet business, compliance, and security requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and project leadership.

  • Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing production support as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

  • Hands-on expertise in Core HR with Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

  • Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Security configurations.

  • Proven consulting and client-facing experience.

  • Ability to work independently and lead functional discussions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
