ResiliEnt Business Solutions on behalf of our contract with the State of South Carolina is seeking the following candidate for SCDHHS. SCDHHS is the State Medicaid Agency focused on modernizing South Carolina s Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). This transformation supports health outcomes through managed care and aligns with nationwide MMIS innovation.

Role Overview

The QA Analyst Project Lead will contribute to large-scale, complex projects supporting Medicaid modernization. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in transformative and change-driven environments. You must already live in South Carolina to apply for this position. No relocation is allowed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes

  • Maintain SDLC traceability from requirements to test cases

  • Conduct UI testing, regression testing, and negative/usability testing

  • Execute automated test scripts and oversee test deployment

  • Lead defect triage, retesting, and resolution

  • Create and maintain QA documentation and reports

  • Adhere to governance standards and recommend testing process improvements

  • Participate in walkthroughs, inspections, and QA reviews

Required Skills

  • 5+ years: Translating business/policy requirements into test cases

  • 5+ years: Building test scenarios into test systems

  • 3+ years: Healthcare operations experience (Medicaid preferred)

  • 3+ years: Communicating issue status and gaps to development teams

  • 3+ years: Hands-on experience with formal test design tools

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years: Experience in large enterprise or e-business systems

  • 3+ years: Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence

  • 3+ years: Familiarity with Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodology

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor s degree in technical, healthcare, or business field (or equivalent experience)

  • Technical or project management certifications are a plus
