Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and act as a liaison between the different teams in the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and optimizing the claims processing workflow, utilizing new tools to track, process, and analyze claims for approval or denial. Responsibilities:
  • Understand and analyze the claims processing workflow to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with different teams to integrate new tools into the claims processing workflow, ensuring they align with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand how the tools can be utilized and integrated into the existing process.
  • Ensure that the tools and processes align with the company's goals, identifying reasons for claim approvals or denials.
  • Ask pertinent questions to determine if the tools can be used for specific parts of the claims process.
  • Bridge the knowledge gap between the different teams and healthcare operations, providing insights into healthcare workflows.
  • Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for tool optimization and improvement.
  • Assist the implementation team in understanding the tools and achieving the desired outcomes.
  • Help with the execution of process implementations and improvements, ensuring stakeholders involved are following through with expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims processing or related tools.
  • Familiarity with claims processing systems, data analysis tools, and project management software.
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $43.00/hr.
