Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager II to lead and coordinate the delivery of highly visible and complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Systems Integration, vendor management, and project governance, and will be capable of driving full project lifecycle execution across internal and third-party teams. This role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, and deliver results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously using standard project management methodologies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
* Develop and maintain key project artifacts: project timeline, risk and issue log, communication plan, stakeholder register, etc.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
* Lead vendor engagements to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables and manage escalation issues.
* Present executive-level project updates and reports.
* Facilitate cross-functional meetings with internal teams and external vendors.
* Ensure successful integration of third-party systems with existing enterprise infrastructure.
* Support scope, schedule, cost, and resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience managing large and complex IT projects.
* 7+ years of experience in IT SDLC processes and project governance.
* 7+ years of experience managing risks, issues, and scope across multiple stakeholders.
* 7+ years of experience with executive-level communication and reporting.
* 7+ years of experience gathering and managing business requirements.
* 7+ years of experience educating and aligning business users with standardized processes.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration projects.
* Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple project artifacts.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience facilitating large group meetings and collaborating across technical and functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with state or local government agencies.
* PMP or CBAP certification.
