Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from conception to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional analytical thinking, team coordination, and the ability to navigate challenges while driving continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and Execution

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Execution Management: Drive execution of deliverables by monitoring progress, ensuring alignment with objectives, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive risk logs to minimize project disruptions.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Communication: Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating regular updates, requirement gathering, and transparent reporting.
  • Expectation Management: Align project outcomes with stakeholder expectations by managing priorities, clarifying objectives, and setting realistic deliverables.

3. Team Coordination

  • Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, DBAs, QA engineers, and IT operations, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts within teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

4. Budget and Resource Management

  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure optimal use of funds while achieving value-driven outcomes.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign resources strategically to balance workload, meet demand, and prevent bottlenecks in delivery.

5. Quality Assurance

  • Testing & Validation: Oversee comprehensive testing and validation phases to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of project deliverables, configurations, change requests, and issue logs to support traceability and audits.

6.IT Service Management & Change Management:

  • Lead ITSM and Change Management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee implementation and governance of change management frameworks to minimize disruption and support smooth transitions.
    • ServiceNow experience is a strong plus, leveraging the platform for ITSM workflows, automation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading medium-to-large scale IT or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) and Change Management experience/implementation is a hard requirement. ServiceNow experience is a strong plus.

  • Solid understanding of quality assurance, documentation standards, and testing frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/SAFe methodologies preferred.
