Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant with specific expertise in integrating SAP ECC 6.0 with FactoryLogix MES for a high-priority client in the aerospace manufacturing sector. This role will drive the technical design and implementation of SAP MES data flows using FactoryLogix s XML-based templates.

The client s internal IT and MES teams require external SME support to bridge knowledge gaps and accelerate integration.

This is a remote contract role with occasional coordination on EST hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FactoryLogix integration design, mapping XML to SAP ECC schema
• Define and implement data flows for:
• Material Master
• BOMs
• Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipts
• Inventory Updates
• Work Orders & Labor Consumption
• Support serialization tracking for aerospace deliverables
• Collaborate with both IT and engineering teams to gather integration requirements
• Provide clear documentation and support remote testing/configuration

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP ECC experience (MM, PP, WM focus)
• 2+ successful MES integrations (FactoryLogix highly preferred)
• Strong XML, IDoc, and flat-file interface knowledge
• Hands-on understanding of aerospace or regulated manufacturing workflows
• Able to operate autonomously in a loosely scoped environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with FactoryLogix MES structure and templates
• Prior work in Hyper-V SAP landscapes
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense industries
• SAP PI/PO or CPI exposure (a plus but not required)
