Job Details

Job Description:

  • Lead a development team comprised of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers on complex implementations of HealthRules for a Client.
  • Participate in Sprint sessions following the agile methodology.
  • Assist in capturing client requirements and with integration and reporting development as needed.
  • Analyze customer data, assist in capturing client requirements and provide expertise to understand the client needs for Health Rules Payer implementations, covering integrations, migrations and reporting.
  • Design integrations required for interfaces, conversions / migrations and debug complex integration solutions for client implementations.
  • Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers.
  • Participate in vendor discussions and provide directions / guidance to the stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer data and provide expertise to understand the client needs for Health Rules Payer implementations, covering integrations, migrations and reporting.
  • Strong technical decision making capabilities, analytical thinking and demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels of client stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills and stake holder management.
  • Good knowledge of Healthcare data integration standards (i.e. HL7, EDI, CCD, DICOM, etc.).
  • Deep Knowledge of OOD and Integration design patterns.
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architectures and RESTful APIs
  • Experienced in CI/CD methodologies.
  • Leverages automation tools and processes like TDD, BDD to minimize defect bleed.
  • Proven track record of technical leadership roles.
  • Possess knowledge and expertise in the use of agile delivery methodologies (Safe, Scrum and Kanban).
  • Experience with revision control source code repositories (Git, SVN, BitBucket, Peforce etc.,).

Minimum Qualifications

  • HealthRules Payor & Connector, Integration project & Middleware Tool experience, Healthcare Insurance
  • Critical Incident resolutions skills is preferable
  • A great team player and collaborate well with multiple teams within and outside the organizations to address high priority client issue
  • Excellent Communication & Time Mgmt, Onsite/Offshore Experience
