- 2+ Years of Enterprise Architecture experience
- ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, GlideAjax)
- ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Data remediation and transformation scripting
- Access control configuration (ACLs, data policies)
- RPA-based automation for access provisioning
- Prior experience with Casino & gaming industries
