Job Details
We are looking for a L1/L2 Network analyst to assist with our day-to-day support for our restaurants. Looking for a 6-month engagement with potential to extend if required.
Must have experience in the following:
CradlePoint NetCloud management
Meraki Switch and Access Points
3+ years of network administration
Network - Internet
Troubleshooting network connectivity
ISP (Broadband / Fiber)
Cellular
Contact ISP to open a ticket to have NOC resolve on back end or schedule a dispatch for troubleshooting and resolution
Contact Cellular to troubleshoot and resolution of SIM
ISP Cutover
Update E3000 with IP information provided by Commandlink
Validate WAN connection with onsite tech after installation is complete
Network Switch
Troubleshoot switch connectivity
Troubleshoot client connectivity
Network Access Point
Troubleshoot AP connectivity
Troubleshoot client connectivity
Networking Hardware Replacement Configuration
E3000 for overnight replacement
W1855 for overnight replacement
Meraki Switch overnight replacement
