• Non-Local who willing to relocate to Denver, CO and work hybrid noted above

Job Description:

The Senior Quality Assurance Performance QA Analyst's role is expected to develop and establish quality assurance standards within the organization. This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. This will include adhering project to testing lifecycle, for tracking defects and for fixes in software application development, information systems, and operations systems. This QA will need to do performance testing across web, mobile, APIs as well as iPad devices. Tasks will include the following:
Test and Strategy Planning - 50% of focus

• Review requirements and design documents to ensure adequate understanding to develop test plans, test scenarios and test cases
• Creates and executes test cases to ensure appropriate test coverage
• Mine for data, backend validation, and perform data quality analysis via SQL
• Recommend improvements and/or corrections to developers for products assigned

Test Project Management and Coordination (tools like QC, Jira) 40% of focus

• Estimate effort required to perform all QA activities assigned
• Lead distributed teams at projects level
• Lead multiple projects from QA perspective
• Lead defect triage meetings
• Active participation in project ceremonies and lead as necessary
• Provide recommendations and lead (as applicable) to streamline and improve processes
• Coordinate and communicate with Project resources across
• the distributed teams to complete assigned projects

Operational Management 10 of Focus

• Document status and final reports for QA activities
• Document and lead risks mitigation plans during project lifecycle
• Troubleshoots and resolves or recommends solutions to a diverse range of complex software testing problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solution
• Assist with UAT as needed for data creation

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6 years of relevant QA experience with multiple release cycles
• 3+ year of healthcare domain knowledge
• Must have Google Cloud Platform (or cloud experience) with Performance Testing
• Must have experience serving as a team lead or a lead role in general overseeing performance testing activities and providing guidance/ coaching to the team
• Should have exhibited technical leadership on the Performance team, and involved in coaching and leading Performance QA
• Skilled in the tools like LoadRunner
• Hands -on experience in performance testing across web, mobile, APIs as well as iPad devices.
• Ability to explore new market trends for the application and implement it from the scratch
• Easy going and team contributor
• Hands-on QA experience with the ability to individually work through the tools and take of assigned responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge Agile, Waterfall and Iterative frameworks (SAFe knowledge is a plus)
• Expert in developing scripts in an automation or performance testing tool
• Should have the ability to implement concrete reporting model for Performance across lanes
• Mobile Testing experience including the following:
• 3-5 years' experience in IT Software Mobile QA testing and/or development
• Experience with mobile test automation
• Demonstrated experience testing native mobile applications across platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, etc. for full development lifecycle.
• Hands-on DB testing experience with one or more DB platforms
• Advanced knowledge with Test Management and Automation tools
• Experience and skills in mentoring co-workers
• Ability to lead multiple project
• Experience with leading distributed teams
• Demonstrated strengths in coordinating, attention-to-detail, follow-through, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Possesses project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
• Possess strong people and communication skills

Desired Skills and Expertise:

• Understanding of Neoload and LoadNinja is a plus.
• Knowledge Automation Testing practices
• Ability to have good understanding of system components and their integration
• Ability to perform any of the following UAT Coordination efforts is preferred, but not mandatory
• Maintain a comprehensive UAT calendar
• Coordinate with product & development teams to drive system demos, static reviews and wireframes as features are developed for each build
• Demonstrate features and functionality to the business stakeholders
• Set the expectation that the application may not yet be fully functional
• Coordinate with the QA Leads and BA to schedule pre-runs of the UAT testing in the QA environment (and to verify the UAT environment as a final checkpoint)
• Prepare and send weekly UAT Summary of current week's activity and the next 3-week plan
• Coordinate the hardware readiness and printing needs/connectivity for UAT events
• Coordinate with QA Leads and Client on different projects that have overlap
• Any of the following Application Integration experience is a plus:
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in back-end middleware/integration platforms
• Strong understanding of relational database design and familiarity with UNIX/Linux/AIX systems
• Draft, manage, and execute integration test plans of ESB technologies, service oriented architecture and related middleware technologies
• Design, formulate, and optimize test strategy of data transfers across various system integration transfer protocols such as Siebel, Oracle, SQL Server, FTP, TCPIP, https, web services (Rest/Soap)
