Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience in Power Platform administration, including D365 CRM customization and integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, log analysis, and debugging software applications.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and data modeling.
- Experience in Copilot Studio for automation and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with Power Platform CoE toolkit upgrade and troubleshooting.
- Advanced interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration and customization.
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage and policy compliance.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365.
- Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio for development and automation.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven workflow improvements.
