Lead Dynamics/PowerApps Developer

The Lead Dynamics / Power Apps Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business solutions using the full stack of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and SharePoint. They will serve as a hands-on developer within an Agile development team that is part of a large Microsoft based program for a federal government customer. Responsibilities include:

• Guide the team in best practices for developing with Dynamics 365 and Model-driven Power Apps.
• Lead the migration of on-prem SharePoint-based solutions to the Power Platform.
• Work with business analysts and customers to understand business requirements.
• Develop solutions for complex user stories.
• Implement, configure, and customize the Dynamics and Power Platform based solutions.
• Guide less experienced developers.
• Support testing of applications.
• Lead meetings with customer/partners to understand business needs, and proactively manage executive-level customer expectations.
• Lead technical resources on medium to large teams, facilitate meetings, collaborate with internal stakeholders.

The projected compensation range for this position is $145K to $165K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

• At least 10 years of IT systems development experience
• At least 6 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing complex business solutions on Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform
• Expert level skills in the following:
  • C# Programming Language
  • Dynamics Development Configuration, Plug-ins, Web Resources
  • Dynamics Customizations & Security
  • JavaScript
• Experience developing solutions using:
  • PCF controls
  • Canvas Apps
  • Azure PaaS services
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Integrations with external applications
• Experience developing Power Automate flows
• Strong experience and knowledge of Agile development processes

• Dynamics 365 Portal / Power Pages development
• Microsoft certifications
• Federal government consulting experience
• Active federal government public trust clearance
