Healthcare Tech Product Manager with Google Cloud Platform- *Remote- 12 month initial contract to hire/ T2P (candidates must be eligible for permanent conversion)

We re seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to support a portfolio of healthcare delivery applications. In this role, you ll gather business and technical requirements, manage delivery timelines, and partner with architects and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. You ll work closely with another TPM to manage a growing workload across multiple stakeholder groups and initiatives. The role is cross-functional and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven projects and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable plans
Attend and lead stakeholder meetings to capture evolving needs and define the scope of new features or enhancements
Partner with architects, data engineers, and data scientists to ensure alignment on solution design and implementation
Manage the product lifecycle from requirements through delivery, including backlog grooming and progress tracking
Support projects related to AI and machine learning, particularly those involving LLMs (Large Language Models)
Operate within a Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) environment, ensuring compliance with technical standards and data workflows

Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
Experience supporting AI or ML-based projects, ideally with exposure to LLMs
Strong familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and data engineering workflows
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate across cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of Agile development practices and product lifecycle management
Background in software development or coding is a plus, but not required

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working with data science and analytics teams
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or SQL
Previous work in the healthcare or life sciences industry
