The Autopilot FW Platforms Team is looking for a Validation Infrastructure Engineer to implement robust test and automation systes. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing the systems to automate scheduling ane execution of tests, as well as provide tools to continuously analyze and improve products and the infrastructure itself. This position will be responsible for delivering robust, modular and easy to use code enabling rapid and efficient deployment of test systems. Tesla launches new products at a rapid pace and test engineers work directly with development teams to ensure Tesla products are best in class.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement and deploy HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) based test frameworks for post-silicon Firmware and Linux environmnents
- Deliver infrastructure-as-code technologies to maintain CI automation for Firmware Platforms project development
- Create systems to easily review, visualize, and extract insights from large amounts of test results across a variety of test variants
- Engage with and monitor teams to ensure tools make lives easier, and continuously make improvements
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in test, automation and CI fundamentals
- Strong Object-Oriented Python experience
- Experience with Docker, Singularity, Jenkins, Artifactory, TeamCity, or equivalents
- Comfortable with Linux/Unix environments and Bash, or similar scripting languages
- Comfortable with C for embedded systems for firmware/software triage a plus
- Comfortable with GitHub, BitBucket, and git

$120,000 - $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
