Job Details

Introduction:

The primary role and responsibility of the OCM Specialist is to schedule, plan and execute project-level change adoption strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM Specialist works closely with project managers, business relationship managers, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc) to successfully drive the adoption of new technology. Develops and implements change management plans and all related deliverables. Experience in being a team player in organizational change management processes and strong written and verbal communication skills.

4 7 years in each of the following:- Working knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., PROSCI); experience developing Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, Communications Assessments
- Experience creating and executing change strategies, plans, and related work products
- Execution includes stakeholder engagement and tracking end-user adoption via metrics and reporting
- Coaching and guidance to project teams based on best practices for improved cross-functional communication
- Ability to work with all employee levels
- Experience in large, agency-wide efforts
- Ability to create content for non-technical users; strong written and verbal communication
- Develops and executes communications plans to inform the agency of project priorities and impacts
- Provides documentation to improve understanding of technical changes
- Promotes an inclusive, collaborative culture; embodies values such as accountability, ethics, customer service
- Supports Engagement, Culture, and Communications vision; collaborates on change management solutions
- Keeps current with technologies and best practices; supports process improvements within team and ITD
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in IT, Business Administration, Communications, OCM, or related field
5 yearsExperience in marketing and/or corporate communications
5 yearsExperience in graphic design or visual messaging
- PROSCI certification
