This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards and pipelines for defect tracking, release monitoring, and vendor scorecard as part of broader analytics initiatives. The position supports multiple projects across the company, not just a single effort. A key focus is delivering data insights that ensure our client's customer commitments-such as internet speed, uptime, and latency-are consistently met. The role involves analyzing internet performance and identifying service gaps, particularly around hi-split projects, to improve reliability. It also requires translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and working independently from broad or incomplete requirements.

Must Have Skills:
  • Strong SQL Querying experience
  • Business Intelligence &/or Data Analysis experience
  • Data Visualization Experience in Tableau (or similar)
  • Data Communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate findings and insights that they draw from the data to relevant stakeholders / requestors

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Big Data experience
  • AWS experience
  • Telecom Experience
  • Python
  • Analytics mindset

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Work with large, high-volume data sets to extract, analyze, and visualize key insights.
  • Write complex SQL queries and scripts to support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Build, maintain, and deploy custom Tableau dashboards to deliver actionable insights to product and leadership teams.
  • Translate complex data into clear, digestible visuals and narratives tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Own end-to-end reporting workflows, including data extraction, monitoring, documentation, and communication of insights.
