Title: Sr. Web Application Developer
Location : Remote (EST/CST Highly Preferred)
Target Start Date : 2 weeks from offer
Type: (C, CTH, D) Direct
Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : ($120,000-$135,000)
Job Description :
The Senior Web Applications Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of complex, enterprise-scale web applications. This role leads technical analysis and solution design, including requirements gathering, systems architecture, backend and middleware development, and comprehensive documentation. The position also plays a key role in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ensuring applications are secure, scalable, high-performing, and aligned with modern development and DevOps best practices.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise web development, particularly with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, .NET, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), along with modern frontend frameworks and core web standards. This role operates with minimal supervision, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, participates in code reviews and testing, and supports mission-critical applications in a 24/7 environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native tools, Agile methodologies, and compliance standards (e.g., accessibility, security, and data privacy) is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
