Role: Salesforce Technical Product Manager/Technical BA

Location: San Jose, Hybrid 3 days/week

JD:

Your Impact

Build internal products supporting Sales and Product organization targeting our Partners, Distributors and Customers

Partner with Sales, GTM, Product and Engineering organizations to define requirements and develop IT solutions

Responsible for defining the business process, solution, and writing of user stories which will translate into products

Drive complex projects from ideation to launch

Responsible for IT product roadmap, being proactive in planning for new offerings, and building excellent partnerships with various leaders within the company

Develops test plans and conducts the necessary tests to confirm design requirements.

Manage all aspects of in-life products, including end-user feedback, requirements, and issues

Analyze and evaluate product performance and make recommendations

Your Experience

Strong 12+ Yrs of experience working as a Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst in the CPQ/ Quote to Cash domain in a high tech company

A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience is required

Demonstrated experience of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to business solutions (e.g., recommendation engines, predictive modeling, natural language processing)

Proven track record of leading successful product launches

Experience in building solutions on the Salesforce platform

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Superlative collaboration mindset this is a highly cross-functional role
