Montefiore is actively investing in its technology teams as a system-level priority, and we are seeking a Training manager to enhance our Epic team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with Training team managers and leadership to manage our Epic training content and delivery .
  • Collaborate with Epic teams and certified trainers in the continuous development of content and curriculum.
  • Manage a team of Instructional Designers creating training content.
  • Lead
  • Lead project-related training estimation and coordination efforts.
  • Participate in establishing metrics to assess curriculum effectiveness.
  • Standardize templates for lesson plans, manuals, and tip sheets .
  • Ensure end user requests are evaluated and acted upon .
  • The training manager is required to achieve/maintain Epic certification .


Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in adult education
  • Experience managing trainers .
  • Experience working in an enterprise organization .
  • Work with Captivate or similar software .
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint


Desired:
  • Familiarity with health care workflows
  • Epic or training certifications
