Job Details



Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, Principal Engineers, and Developers in an Agile environment.

Design, develop, and review test strategies and test cases for various applications.

Analyze new features and change requests to assess testing scope and needs.

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help define best testing practices within the team.

Oversee bug tracking, test prioritization, test automation, and release validation activities.

Perform functional design analysis, workflow analysis, use case analysis, and data/process modeling to support software quality.

Lead end-to-end testing efforts, including test planning, defect analysis, test strategy creation, QA/UAT coordination.

Create reports and analyze data to provide accurate test summaries and quality metrics.

Continuously analyze and improve QA/testing processes.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of Java, GIT/GitHub, SQL, and testing methodologies.

Experience with UI and Services testing.

Agile/Scrum team experience; strong collaboration with development and automation teams.

Proficiency in test case management, defect tracking, and working with tools like Jira (and associated plugins).

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of Jenkins, API Testing, JavaScript, REST, and SOAP.

Ability to independently drive projects with minimal and evolving requirements.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or coding languages as needed.

Experience developing test automation utilities and supporting QA automation efforts.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proven team player with the ability to collaborate across teams seamlessly.
