Recent Client Interview Feedback (Mandatory Areas)

• Healthcare domain experience Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of EDI Transactions (837, 835, etc.) including headers, layouts, and related business processes
• Good understanding of HL7 standards

Job Description

Required

• Strong ETL background; exposure to delimited, fixed, XML, JSON file formats
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation & manipulation
• Strong test case and test script creation & execution skills
• Experience in regression, integration, and system testing
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and defect tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired

• Understanding of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
• Familiarity with healthcare EDI standards (837, 835, 834, 820)
• Familiarity with JIRA test management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong communication skills
