Job Summary

We are seeking Project Manager who will be responsible for scoping, planning, and delivering end-to-end B2B integration with the SAP Business Network project. The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience, strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes in Ariba, and the ability to work with suppliers to enable their B2B integration. Prior exposure to Oil and Gas industry practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution

• Define project scope, goals, success criteria, timelines, and resource plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define testing frameworks: functional testing, integration testing, UAT and regression testing.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.

1. Supplier Enablement and B2B Integration

• Develop a supplier onboarding plan: communication, readiness assessment, and testing strategy.
• Coordinate supplier B2B integration activities: registration, account setup, connectivity, data load, training, testing.
• Coordinate with SAP Ariba for configurations tasks in SAP Business Network.
• Provide guidance to suppliers and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor supplier adoption progress and prepare the strategies for course correction (as needed)
• Identify the non-compliant suppliers and escalate to PMO with mitigation strategies.

1. Source-to-Pay Process

• Lead the discovery workshops and rollout waves.
• Lead the integration of S2P transactions: Purchase order, Order confirmation, Advance Shipment Notice (ASN), Service entry sheets, Invoice.
• Manage the different tasks related to rollout waves: changes in ECC & S/4, integration with SAP Business Network, mapping/transformations, end-to-end testing with supplier ERP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in IT project management, including SAP-related projects.
• Prior experience in Supplier enablement and B2B integration programs.
• Strong understanding of S2P processes in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, indirect and direct procurement, external services procurement.
• Strong risk, budget, and schedule management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba Network).
• Experience working with output types, IDocs, EDI, and integration via SAP Managed Services or SAP CPI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master s degree is a plus.
