Account Executive (Business Development Manager)

Location: Preferably Dallas and around with travel to customer locations

Fulltime Role

Responsibilities:

  • Create a 30-60-90-365 days plan for business development and present it to management.
  • Identify and seek the support required to win new businesses.
  • Execute the agreed business development plan.
  • Collaborate with delivery executive and create sales materials Company brochure, Capabilities deck, case studies etc.
  • Leverage existing connects to bring in additional business.
  • Participate in customer events and develop new connections.
  • Utilize social media, virtual and in-person connects to develop network for the organization.
  • Reach out to new customers to get a foot in the door.

Must have:

  • 10+ years' experience in IT Sales & Business development.
  • Helped bring new business opportunities in small to medium IT consulting services organization.
  • Good understanding of prevailing IT requirements (Technology, Consulting, Support etc.) and helped shape RFP responses/deals/rate negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with Senior level leaders (Sr. Directors, VP, CIOs) in client organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate IT deals with vendor management teams in the client side.
  • Experience in establishing client connects through multiple channels -social media, professional memberships/forums etc.
  • Experience working with small companies/start ups

Targets:

Annual target of $5 M for the first year with progressive revenue for each quarter
