Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and Design MDM Solutions: Define the overall architecture for MDM initiatives including data models, hierarchy management, data quality, and stewardship frameworks.

  • Platform Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere, Oracle MDM, etc.).

  • Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance and business teams to define standards, policies, and processes for master data.

  • Integration and ETL: Design and oversee integration strategies between MDM solutions and internal/external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and messaging systems.

  • Metadata & Data Quality Management: Establish processes for data profiling, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and exception handling.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, data architects, and application owners to ensure alignment on MDM goals and initiatives.

  • Performance & Scalability: Ensure the MDM solution is designed for scalability, high availability, and performance across large data sets.

  • Security & Compliance: Implement data security, access control, and compliance measures in line with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

  • Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation including data flow diagrams, architecture design documents, and system specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in MDM architecture roles.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major MDM platform (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM MDM, Oracle, SAP MDG).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling (relational, dimensional, hierarchical).

  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft).

  • Expertise in metadata management, data governance, and data quality.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based MDM implementations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
