Position Summary
CVS Health has a robust collaboration and audio-visual (AV) strategy that is centered around end-user experience. Leveraging Cisco's video conferencing endpoints and cloud-based management platform, the AV Projects/Engineering team, along with key internal and external partners implement and support collaboration hardware and software for a top-quality customer experience for all lines of business across the enterprise.
The AV Projects/Engineering team contributes to project and enhancement work to continuously improve the adoption and security of the technology used, as well as the overall health, extensibility, and performance of the solution, inclusive of user and support documentation. In addition, the team is responsible for the Cisco Webex platform, its overall health, extensibility, and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with business partners, application leads, project management resources and other stakeholders to support AV project and Cisco Webex architecture and design deliverables
  • Assess architecture options to provide recommendations that are in-line with the strategic vision of Enterprise-wide best practices
  • Research and replication of issues, perform analysis of the root cause of problems and provide technical assistance to Support staff
  • Design, develop, document, test, calibrate, configure, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance for AV hardware and Cisco Webex
  • Ensure that information and technical assistance is provided to customers in accordance with established policies & procedures
  • Provide Engineering support for AV and Cisco Webex issues
  • Provide rotational on-call support for AV and Cisco Webex changes and shakeouts

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years or more in a customer-facing technical support role
  • 2 years or more experience with AV hardware and/or Cisco Webex software administration
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to lift 35+ pounds
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and be proactive
  • Ability and willingness to work and communicate within a close-knit team
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate without guidance in both business and technical environments
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability and willingness to be constantly learning, exploring new technologies and skills, and sharing findings with colleagues
  • Ability to work primarily in-office based, with flexibility to be hybrid

Preferred Qualifications
  • Support experience, particularly desktop and/or browser support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and change priorities as business needs change
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to planning, execution, and troubleshooting/supporting
  • Working knowledge of API Scripting and API based services (Python)
  • Strong networking skills, familiarity with IP addressing and subnetting
  • Reliable transportation for travel between buildings
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
  • Project management skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
