We are looking for a Senior Systems Operations Analyst for our client in Oakland, CA
Job Title: Senior Systems Operations Analyst
Job Location: Oakland, CA Job Type: Contract Job Description: Pay Range: $79.63hr -$84.63hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with varying priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms.
- 10+ years of experience supporting large software programs or enterprise IT projects.
- Experience working within a PMO or large program environment.
- Experience supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience analyzing and reconciling data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Support weekly, monthly, and phase-based program execution and status meetings.
- Facilitate leadership meetings using dashboards and project management tools.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve insights from complex program data.
- Support sourcing, contracting, and invoice verification processes.
- Assist with dependency management across multiple IT projects.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of program resources to ensure accurate reporting and cost management.
- Organize and support all-team meetings, town halls, and new team member orientations.
- Prepare program communications, presentations, and status materials.
- Support PMO leadership with ad hoc analysis, KPI development, staffing forecasts, and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across project tracking and reporting systems.
- Experience supporting financial forecasting for software or professional services.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP implementation programs.
- Experience working in large, complex corporate environments.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports.
- Program and PMO operations support.
- Data analysis and reconciliation.
- Resource and financial tracking.
- Dependency management.
- Process documentation and improvement.
