We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to support multiple projects in our IT Governance, Risk and Compliance department. This role involves
working closely with department leaders to ensure successful completion of project-related activities, timely filing of project status reports and coordination of problem resolution activities. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently to clear any roadblocks using their organization skills, communication skills and influence to create results. They will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure that new systems are effectively utilized. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, enabling them to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. While technical subject matter expertise is not required, the candidate should have a strong understanding of GRC principles and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans. They will be expected to create and deliver training programs, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of new practices and tools.
