The Warehouse Management System (WMS) project is to convert the legacy warehouse system into an SAP EWM/TM based system that meets client requirements. The Site Support position will on-site support of the WMS solution through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle by providing transactional expertise, guidance and error resolution in SAP EWM and TM.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Point of Contact for the site s WMS issues, troubleshooting user-reported issues locally and managing the creation of ITSM Incidents.
Monitor and diagnose failures of inbound and outbound interfaces and EWM/TM message queues.
Coordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 support to resolve issues, by managing the communication between stakeholders.
Coordinate with Continuous Improvement team and Client s Business Operations team to draft and submit recommended functionality improvements.
Provide transactional expertise, guidance and error resolution in SAP ECC, EWM, and TM.
Generate adhoc standard SAP reports, variants, and reporting tools to assist operations in viewing workload.
Performs Knowledge Transfer (KT) and On the Job Training (OJT) with users on how to use SAP within their respective functional areas.
Expected to work on-site with client stakeholders Monday through Friday.
