Job Description:
  • The Systems/Data Analyst will oversee data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data.
  • The role involves transforming raw data into structured information, performing advanced analyses, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • The analyst will manage the full data lifecycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by validating, cleansing, and reviewing computer-generated reports and outputs.
  • Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party systems, and maintain databases and data systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and support reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data collection and reporting.
  • Design scripts and tools for automated data extraction from websites or digital sources.
  • Detect trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets using statistical techniques.
  • Develop dashboards, charts, and visualizations to support decision-making across departments.
  • Perform complex analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools.
  • Manage and maintain secure, accessible, and functional databases.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align business and informational priorities.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong experience with AWS, Python, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Ability to conduct complex analyses and interpret large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in US healthcare is preferred.
  • Prior experience with UST projects is preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Should Have:
  • Experience developing automated data scraping and processing scripts.
  • Familiarity with statistical software (Excel, SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial datasets with accuracy.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of data analysis experience.
