Job Summary: The Associate Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team to support the successful execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business units, including Enterprise, Business Insurance, Bond & Specialty Insurance, and Personal Insurance Marketing. This role is crucial to the successful end-to-end execution and delivery of high volume, fast paced, low-to-medium complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
The Associate Project Manager has basic project management skills that allow them to manage simple projects autonomously, but with the support and supervision of a manager. This position also provides administrative and operational support to the Project Management & Planning teams while developing key project management skills necessary for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume, fast-paced, low to medium complexity projects.
Proactively maintain critical information in Workfront including timelines, tasks, resources, updates and review & approval routes.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with business partners and working team to manage expectations and execute marketing requests.
Accountable for project setup, closeout, and general maintenance within Workfront.
Provide direct support to the PMO team in executing project-related tasks.
Identify and communicate project roadblocks and proposed solutions to PMO leadership.
Coordinate and schedule meetings in partnership with internal teams.
Update and maintain internal project status documentation.
Project Management Accountability:
Basic understanding of project lifecycle and workflow across different project types including creative development, print, web, email, social media, and video.
Ability to autonomously manage simple tactical projects.
Accountability and ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
Ability to anticipate project needs and proactively assist in execution.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Interest in developing project management expertise and growing within the department.

Required Qualifications:
1 year of project management experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
Experience managing the entire life cycle of a project.
Basic project management skills and understanding of marketing operations and deliverables.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective Communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
A motivated and driven individual who enjoys solving problems.
Professional maturity and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools (Workfront preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
