Oracle Health is a newly established division within Oracle, focused on revolutionizing the healthcare industry through innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director to lead our product engineering efforts and contribute to building a world-class engineering center. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare and make a lasting impact.

You are responsible for managing your teams through PRD intake, scoping, planning, release vehicle plan of record, execution and orchestration, compliance, validation, release, implementation, support and maintenance. You own responsibility for orchestrating all upstream dependencies, internal and external, necessary to deliver value to your customers, which are internal Agent Engineering teams. You own the roadmap, aligning it with the downstream teams product roadmaps, ensuring smooth handoff, advance planning, and continuous backwards compatibility.

**Responsibilities**
As the Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission to develop and deliver cutting-edge healthcare solutions, with a specific focus on Agentic UX. This role requires a leader who can inspire and guide engineering teams to achieve excellence in product development, and is experienced with building reusable frameworks to accelerate other product engineering teams.

Product Leadership: Lead and inspire multiple Product Engineering teams responsible for the development and success of Oracle's products, including Al-powered healthcare solutions.
Strategy and Roadmap: Define the technology roadmap and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and market trends, especially in the realm of Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice-first technologies.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a cohesive and high-performing engineering team.
Foster an entrepreneurial and creative culture.
Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from PRD intake, scoping, planning, release vehicle plan of record, execution and orchestration, compliance, validation, release, implementation, support and maintenance
Customer Development: Work with PDM and users of the platform to identify new opportunities and collaboratively maintain the Agent UX roadmap.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

12+ years total experience, including 5+ years leading framework/platform engineering teams.
Demonstrated product sense and track record of delivering commercially successful products or platforms.
Proven success applying, measuring, and refining agile methodologies at scale.
Experience with AI Agents, AI/ML, large-language-model applications, or voice-first technologies strongly preferred.
Prior healthcare domain exposure a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
