Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will lead medium to large project teams, conduct complex operational analyses, and present key findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large project teams, coordinating efforts to achieve business objectives
• Conduct complex operational analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Review and approve analytical findings for presentation to senior management
• Perform statistical analyses to identify trends and insights
• Coordinate with various business units on initiatives to ensure alignment and integration
• Mentor and coach lower-level analysts to develop their skills and expertise
• Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 8+ years of related experience in business analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior management
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior analysts
• Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of business systems and data management
