Endpoint Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our IT team and help design, deploy, and manage enterprise-wide Windows endpoint solutions. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of devices across the organization—including laptops, desktops, and virtual endpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID.
  • Develop and enforce device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and PowerShell scripts to support endpoint governance.
  • Manage Windows update policies, application packaging, and deployment processes.
  • Support virtual desktop environments including Microsoft Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Amazon Workspaces.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint issues using tools like Log Analytics and Endpoint Analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and support teams to enhance the end-user experience and reduce incidents.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to endpoint provisioning and management.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and modern endpoint security practices.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and MDM concepts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
